Give New Leaders a Good Start

If possible, give "So You're a New Cub Scout Leader" to the new leaders at the time they are recruited, or at least within 48 hours.

Reproduce the flyer with as much council and district personalization as possible. There is a spot on the back page for the council name, address, etc., but you may also want to include the council name on the front and local information in some of the other sections. It is designed for reproduction as a four-page flyer on one 11-inch by 17-inch sheet, but can be created on both sides of an 8-inch by 11-inch sheet by deleting the front cover and the Resources page. Feel free to adapt the information to meet your needs.
