EVERY SCOUT DESERVES - A TRAINED LEADER

Welcome to the Baden-Powell Training Program!  This catalog describes training opportunities for everyone in Scouting: registered adult leaders, committee members, interested parents, and YOUTH. We are proud of our Baden-Powell Council Training Team.  Most of our team members have taken Trainer Development Conference (look for their purple nametags) and have experience working with adults and youth.

If you're new to scouting, we can give you the tools you'll need to be successful.  If you're an experienced leader, training can refresh your program and bring you up to date on current BSA policy and changes in programs.   Whatever the reason, we know that "Trained" leaders help Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Venturers have a safe, fun, and quality program!

Yours in Scouting,

Training Leaders for the 21st Century
